If you are not in when the parcel arrives Royal Mail will keep the package at their local depot for 7 days enabling, you to pick it up. After 7 days the parcel then returns to us.

If you are not 100% happy with something, you purchased from us we will do everything we can to either refund or exchange your item as quickly as possible. If you do not want to address it to MAW Delights then send it back to us discreetly using our unbranded PO Box address. This is PO Box 228, Hitchin, Hertfordshire, SG4 0TJ. Please ensure the invoice is enclosed so we know who is returning the item.
